It's Rarely Just One Thing.
Maybe you're great at giving everyone else advice but struggle to follow your own. Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking or wondering why certain situations bring up reactions you don't fully understand.
Online therapy for teens and adults throughout Wisconsin.
We don't have to figure everything out in one conversation. But we can start connecting the dots.

Your brain has a question. Then another question. Then seventeen possible worst-case scenarios before you've even finished your coffee.
Anxiety and OCD can show up as constant what-ifs, intrusive thoughts, mental replaying, reassurance-seeking, or feeling like you need to figure everything out before you can relax. Therapy can help you better understand these patterns, build tolerance for uncertainty, and change how you respond to anxious thoughts and uncomfortable feelings.
The goal isn't to never feel anxious again. It's to stop letting anxiety make all the decisions.
-
You know what you need to do. You've thought about doing it. You've probably made three lists about doing it. Actually getting started? That's another story.
ADHD can affect motivation, organization, emotional regulation, time management, and follow-through. Therapy can help you understand how your brain works, identify what's getting in the way, and build strategies that fit your actual life.
We're not here to force your brain into a system that doesn't work. We're here to find one that does.

Some days, even the smallest things feel like they require an unreasonable amount of effort. Getting out of bed, answering a message, or doing something you normally enjoy can suddenly feel overwhelming.
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. Sometimes it's exhaustion, irritability, numbness, disconnection, or feeling like you're just going through the motions. Therapy can help you understand what's contributing to how you're feeling, work through unhelpful thought patterns, and gradually reconnect with the things that matter to you.
We can start small. Small still counts.

Ever walk away from a conversation thinking, "That is absolutely not how I meant for that to go"?
Relationships can bring up communication struggles, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of conflict, and the same arguments that somehow keep finding their way back. Therapy can help you recognize your patterns, understand your needs, and practice communicating them more effectively.
Whether you're navigating a romantic relationship, family dynamics, or your relationship with yourself, the goal is healthier connections without losing yourself in the process.

Sometimes your reactions make perfect sense once you understand what your brain and body have learned to expect.
Trauma isn't always about one major event. It can also involve experiences that leave you feeling constantly on edge, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to change. Therapy offers space to understand those responses, build emotional safety, and develop ways to feel more grounded.
You don't have to have everything figured out—or tell your entire story on day one—to start working toward something different.

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can start with what's bothering you, what's been piling up, or whatever keeps finding its way back into your life.
We'll work together to understand what's happening and find practical ways to make things more manageable. And yes, you're allowed to say, “I have no idea where to start.”

Somehow, the conversation about the dishes turned into an argument about everything except the dishes.
We'll look at what keeps happening between you, why conversations go sideways, and how to communicate without feeling like you're constantly defending yourselves. The goal isn't to decide who's right. It's to help you understand each other.
Payment Options
Therapy is an investment in yourself, and I want the financial side of getting started to feel as straightforward as possible.
Private Pay
Private pay is available for those who prefer to pay directly for therapy without involving insurance. This option allows you to receive care without the requirements that may come with using insurance.
Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
HSA & FSA
HSA and FSA funds may also be used for eligible therapy services.
Good Faith Estimate
If you're paying for therapy out of pocket or choosing not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care.
You can request an estimate before scheduling services, and one will be provided in accordance with federal requirements.
