Your Brain Has a Lot Going On.

Let’s Talk About It.

The overthinking, the what-ifs, the patterns you keep finding yourself in. Therapy doesn't have to be complicated or full of clinical jargon. I believe in real conversations, honest feedback, and practical tools that make sense for your life.

Because “Just Stop Overthinking” Has Never Worked.

If it were that simple, you probably would've figured it out by now. Whether you're trying to make sense of what's happening in your own head or what's happening in your relationship, there's usually more going on beneath the surface. We can take the time to figure it out.

So, Where Do We Start?

That's something we can figure out together. You bring whatever's been on your mind, even if it's hard to explain. I'll bring the questions, perspective, and occasional reality check.

I'm Not Really the Sit-Back-and-Nod Type.

Don't get me wrong, listening matters. But I also believe therapy should be a conversation. I'll ask questions, offer perspective, help you connect the dots, and occasionally challenge you when it's helpful. There might be some laughter mixed in, too.
